Towards smoother and more pleasant transactions

I like to give my buyers a better buying experience. That is why I am maintaining savings accounts in four (4) different banks (Maybank, Ambank, Hong Leong Bank and Public Bank).

However, Malaysia being well known for its diversity, there are many more banks. This has resulted in some buyers facing difficulties when they wish to transfer money to pay for their purchases from me.

On top of that some bank's cash deposit machine does not accept any amount which is less than RM10. Recently, I have one customer who could not deposit RM0.80 through the cash deposit machine. On my side, I identify the buyers by the EXACT amount deposited since I have no way of knowing who paid the amount in the account. So, this particular customer was not identified. The case came up when I initiated the unpaid item process. Luckily, the situation was finally resolved to everyone's satisfaction.

Another customer came up with an innovative way to solve this matter. This customer paid for the purchase up to the nearest higher RM10 and requested that I send back the change. This works fine, but I do not want to send coins for values below RM1. Instead I sent unused postal stamps instead of coins.

Food for thoughts, eh?

I will appreciate communication through email whenever a deposit has been successful. This can definitely cut down on any misunderstandings and make your buying experience from me smooth and pleasant.

Oh, by the way, if you have not yet made any purchase from me, why not visit me! You may be able to pick up a few things from my listings.
